Q: What is the difference between a Pass and a VIP Pass?
A: Please visit our Tickets & Passes section of this Website to read full details about the benefits associated with each. The main difference is that the VIP Pass give you an enhanced festival experience.
Q: Can somebody else pick-up my pass purchase?
A: When you purchase your pass(es)/ticket(s) online, you have the ability to tell us who else is authorized to pick them up on your behalf. That person must have a copy of your receipt and government issued I.D. to present at the time of pick-up.
Q: If I have pre-registered for the festival. How late can I pick-up my pass when I arrive into Miami?
A: GALFF does have will call service through 9:30 pm on the first and second days of the festival. You cannot enter any festival event without a pass eventbrite confirmation or ticket, so if you plan to attend evening events on the day that you arrive to the festival, you must make appropriate flight arrangements to enable you to get to the Festival Registration Center within these hours. Please refer to the festival’s Event Schedule.
Q: Will there be any passes or tickets on sale on-site at the festival in Miami?
A: Pre-registration is encouraged as passes and tickets on sale at the festival are limited.

Q: What is the GALFF’s host hotel?
A: Host Hotel for our event is TWELVE Atlantic Station. For call-in reservations please phone (404) 418-1212 and reference the group block name ‘Georgia Latino Film Festival” to receive the group rate of $169.00. For online bookings goto www.twelvehotels.com please enter the group code “GEOG” to receive group rate.
Q: Does the GALFF have any other hotel partners?
A: Yes. The festival will have several hotel partners beginning with the host hotel announcement September 12 2015.
Q: How far is the host hotel from the festival’s main activities?
A: GALFF’s daytime activities primarily take place at Georgia Public Broadcasting, with the exception of the the Opening and Closing receptions GALFF’s nightly entertainment is also in close proximity with no event being more than a quick taxi ride away. Taxi fares vary between approximately $10 and $30, with $40 being the cost from Hartfield Jackson International Airport to Buckhead.
Q: Which is the closest airport to GALFF?
A: Hartfield Jackson International Airport is the closest airport to the festival being approximately 20 minutes away.
Q: How should I dress during the festival?
A: During the fall months, Georgia is still Hot although all of our indoor venues have good air conditioning systems. We recommend that you dress professionally and comfortably by day and dress up for evening events.
